It appears that, Writ Petition No.1142/2016 pertains to Single Judge and in that matter, learned counsel appearing for Mr. H.V. Patil, learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 seeks time by submitting that Advocate Mr. H.V. Patil has filed leave note.

As Writ Petition No.5651/2009 is disposed of by this Court, Writ Petition No.1142/2016 be removed from board and be placed before the learned Single Judge.
