Heard. The prayer is made for quashing the F.I.R. on the basis of settlement/ compromise arrived between the parties. We are not inclined to exercise our discretion so as to quash the F.I.R. on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties keeping in view the allegations made in the F.I.R. In that view of the matter, the prayer for quashing the F.I.R. on the basis of settlement/ compromise between the parties stands rejected.
