We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP and Mr. Abhijeet More, who appears for respondent no. 3 - Municipal Council, Paranda. Learned counsel Mr. Abhijeet More, on written instructions from the respondent no. 3 - Municipal Council, Paranda, which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification, submits that the Municipal Council is ready to bear the 50% expenses of the joint measurement.

This Court had ordered joint measurement by the order dated 05.03.2020 in Writ Petition No. 14383 of 2019.

In view of the readiness of the respondent no. 3 - Municipal Council to bear 50% of the expenses for carrying out joint measurement, the learned counsel Mr. V. V. Bhavthankar for the petitioner submits that the petitioners would bear remaining 50% of the costs. 4.

In view of such arrangement, we dispose of the petition by directing the parties to process the matter further qua joint measurement and bear the expenses equally. We direct the respondents i.e. State authorities as well as the Municipal Council, Paranda, to complete the exercise of joint measurement as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months.
