We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 3.

The learned incharge Government Pleader on instruction submits that the appeal is pending with the State Urban Minister and not with the Cabinet Minister as contended by the petitioner and upon instruction, the learned Government Pleader submits that the appeal would be decided within two months.
