1] This is an application seeking recall of the order dismissing the writ petition for non-prosecution. The order dismissing the writ petition is passed on 9.7.2012. 2] The applicant was challenging the advertisement issued for filling in the post of Anganwadi Sevika / Karyakarti of village Gajgaon Tq.Gangapur. It is more than five years the said advertisement is issued. The process must have been completed by now. Nothing would survive in the present application by now. The civil application is rejected. No costs.
