In pursuance to the orders passed by this Court on 29.06.2016 as well as 13.07.2016, the Commissioner (Sugar) has decided the representation tendered by petitioner and has passed an order accepting the contention of petitioner relating to harvesting and transportation expenses which are quantified at Rs. 721.31 per metric ton and the net FRP has been prescribed at Rs. 1696.77 per metric ton. It is further observed by the Commissioner in his order that since the issue relating to RRC is pending consideration with the Honourable Minister, it would be appropriate to pass order after decision in the revision application

Learned counsel for petitioners informs that the revision application tendered to the Honourable Minister has been disposed of. In this view of the matter, it would be appropriate for the Commissioner (Sugar) to take decision in respect of RRC and pass order within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
