By Civil Application No.11542/2016, the Applicant prays for condonation of delay of 287 days in filing this Civil Application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which was refused registration by the order of the learned Registrar dated 28.09.2015 for non removal of office objections.

Considering the reasons set out, this Civil Application No.11542/2016 is allowed subject to costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand), which the Applicant shall deposit with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 16.03.2018 and remove all office objections on or before the said date.

If either of the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled, the Civil Application then shall stand rejected and the order of the learned Registrar would stand restored.
