The petitioner was under the impression that the notice dated 24.06.2022 at page No.42 was a show cause notice and his reply dated 22.06.2022 has not been considered.

The learned AGP rightly points out from the reference Sr.No.5 that the reply of the petitioner has been considered and the said notice actually is an order for the petitioner to deposit Rs.23,48,280/-. 3.
A pass over was sought by the learned Advocate for the petitioner. It is now submitted that the second notice issued by the khs/August 2022/7500
- 2 - revenue authorities / respondent No.4 has been withdrawn as per the instructions received by the learned Advocate from the petitioner. 4.
He, therefore, submits that the petitioner desires to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in Law. 5.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If there is any further cause of action, the petitioner shall avail of the remedy as is prescribed under the M.L.R.Code.
