By this petition the petitioner has put-forth prayer clauses "B' and "C", which read as under :- "B.

To direct the respondent No. 3 University Pune and the respondent No. 4-Institute, Pune, not to cancel the admission of the petitioner to the B.E. (civil) Four Year Degree course from scheduled Tribe Category and allow the petitioner to prosecute the studies of the said course, till the decision of the respondent No. 2- Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar, on the Tribe verification proposal of the petitioner dt. 20.06.2018 and not to withheld the result of the petitioner from Semester to semester, on the ground of non-submission of Tribe Validity Certificate.

By an order dated 18-06-2019, the petitioner was protected against adverse action on the ground that his validiation proceedings are pending.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the proceedings are decided by the order dated 25-062019. 4.

In view of the above, this petition would not survive and stands disposed off.

Needless to state, as the claim of the petitioner has been invalidated, he would be at liberty to assail the above said decision of the Committee, if not already challenged. (S.G.DIGE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) mtk
