Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The Original Application filed by the petitioner has rightly been rejected by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal since the same was time barred. On independent scrutiny also, we find that there was inordinate delay in filing the Original Application and there are no justifiable reasons forthcoming from the petitioner for filing the Original Application belatedly.

Apart from it, this petition was filed by the petitioner in the year 2012 and the petitioner did not remove office objections for three years. The conduct of the petitioner disentitles him to seek any relief from the writ Court. Hence, the petition is rejected. ( A.M. BADAR ) ( S.S. SHINDE ) JUDGE JUDGE ................................
