In view of reasons mentioned in application, the delay of 32 days caused in filing leave to appeal is required to be condoned. Hence, in the interest of justice application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Delay of 32 days for filing leave to present an appeal against the impugned Judgment and Order of acquittal of respondent-accused recorded by learned

2 8 CrA-3197-16 trial Court, Jalgaon, is hereby condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) to be deposited in the office of High Court Legal Services Authority, Sub-committee, Aurangabad, within two weeks from the date of this order. Registry to take requisite steps for further process after compliance of order of depositing the costs.
