Learned Magistrate awarded monthly maintenance of Rs.200/- and Rs.300/- respectively to petitioner No.1 and her son, which was modified in revision and it was held that petitioner-wife Chhayabai is not entitled for any maintenance, whereas order granting maintenance to her son, Vijay came to be maintained. 2.

The said order is questioned herein.

It is informed that the suit for partition filed by son Vijay is already decreed.
