We do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the Deputy Director of Education directing payment of subsistence allowance in favour of the employees. Apart from this aspect, it is noticed that the management of the educational institution has been superseded and the Government has appointed the Administrator to look after the affairs of the educational institution. The petitioner, on behalf of the management which has already been superseded, need not be entertained.
