These applications are filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body-appellant in this court. Acquiring body has deposited 75% of the amount of the award

(2) 12ca6601.speaking alongwith interest in this court.

Since the 75% of the amount of compensation is deposited in this court, this court is inclined to allow the application for withdrawal of the amount.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest thereon on giving usual undertaking. Remaining 25% of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

With this, applications stand disposed off.
