The petitioner seeks directions against the respondent No. 2 to decide the change report proceedings.

We are not aware of the pendency of total number of change report proceedings pending with the respondent No. 2. In view of that, it would not be appropriate to issue specific directions.

The petitioner may make an application with the authority where change report proceedings are pending for expeditious disposal of the same. The authority shall consider the application of the petitioner for expeditious disposal of the proceedings on its own merits and deal with the proceedings. It

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
