In view of the above, Writ Petition No.1638/2021, in which withdrawal is sought, is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions. Civil Application No.1278/2021 does not survive and the same stands disposed off.

Needless to state, in the event, the Petitioner rethinks on the issue and approaches the Court for restoration of this Writ Petition No.1638/2021, such application would be considered, if filed.
