The learned AGP submits that the issue pertaining to the "Thakur ST Tribe" is referred to the Larger Bench by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Since matters pertaining to this Tribe, have been adjourned sine-di by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court, he further submits that the Courts at Aurangabad have passed orders indicating that after the Hon'ble Supreme Court decides the issue referred to the Larger Bench, the litigating parties are at liberty to circulate these matters. 2.

In view of the above, this civil application is disposed off. Needless to state that after the Hon'ble Supreme Court concludes the khs/Sept.2022/7323
