It is submitted that the proceedings before the validation Committee are now being taken up and home inquiry is also conducted.

The Respondent - College may declare the result of the examination in which the Petitioner had appeared. The same would be subject to the decision of the Committee in the validation proceedings.

In case, the result is favourable to the Petitioner, then the Petitioner is entitled to prosecute the further studies as is permissible in law. However, the same would always be subject to the decision of the Committee in the validation proceedings. The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings, expeditiously, preferably within nine months from the date of this order.
