The learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned AGP for the respondents have strenuously canvassed their respective contentions.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners

(2) submits on instructions that, in the first petition, specific objections, as were permitted to be raised, dated 30-06-2012 are at Page No. 39, 40 and 41 which have been filed before the competent authority. In the second petition, these are at page Nos. 41,42 and 43. Financial bids are to be opened at 10.30 am on 04-07-2022. He, therefore, submits that competent authorityrespondent Nos. 2 and 3 should at least decide the objections raised by the petitioners, keeping in view that they can make out, at a single glance, that their disqualification is not sustainable.

The learned AGP submits that as the financial bids are likely to be opened on 04-072022, this court may pass an order directing respondent No.2 and accordingly, respondent No.2

(3) would consider the said objections on their own merits.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that in view of the above, these two petitions can be disposed off.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off.
