This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent Zilla Parishad in Writ Petition No. 8210 of 2015. While disposing of the petition by order dated 16.02.2016, this Court had directed the Zilla Parishad to give calculations of the last drawn wages of the present applicant and to hand over the said calculations. It was directed that thereafter the applicant will be entitled to withdraw the amount as per the calculations. Now, the Zilla Parishad has given that calculations. As per the calculations, the applicant is entitled to receive Rs.11,717/-. The Zilla Parishad has already deposited an amount of Rs. 1,60,700/- in the office of this Court. Now there is no dispute about the calculations. Considering the calculations, the applicant is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.11,717/- along with accrued interest. Remaining amount along with accrued interest be transferred to the Industrial Court, Jalgaon. The Zilla Parishad shall be entitled to withdraw the amount from the office of Industrial Court, Jalgaon.
