The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, pursuance to the order dated 30.01.2018 passed by this Court the Tahsildar namely Ms. Yogita Kolhe is present in the Court. 2.

The learned A. G. P. submits that, the Committee on 14.12.2016 has taken a decision in the matter and has observed that, there is a stay granted by the High Court in Civil Application No. 4374 of 2015 in Second Appeal No. 160 of 2015 vide order dated 16.12.2015.

In the light of that, the Committee had already taken a decision. In view of that, the contempt stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.

In case, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the decision of the Committee, the petitioner may take appropriate steps in that regard.
