There is an innocuous prayer made in this petition inasmuch as direction is sought to respondent/Education Officer to take decision on the proposal forwarded by respondent - Management on 29.12.2014.

According to the petitioner, after removing deficiencies in the earlier proposal, the proposal has been resubmitted on 29.12.2014.

In the circumstances, we direct respondent no.2 - Education Officer (Secondary) to take appropriate decision on the said proposal, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today and communicate the decision to respondent/Management. In case, the Education Officer feels it necessary, he can call for the parties for hearing.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
