The petitioner is aggrieved by the place of her posting pursuant to the order of transfer from where she has been relieved on 31-05-2023. We have heard both the sides and perused the papers. 3.

In the petitioner's representation dated 14/15-5-2023, she had inter alia expressly given choices in respect of her proposed transfer. She has been now posted at the second of the choicest posting. If this be so, we cannot undertake any scrutiny to direct the authorities to reconsider the petitioner's request. 4.

Petition is dismissed.
