PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel submits that because of the policy of extension of age of retirement, the petitioner stood retired on 31.1.2014. Proposal seeking retiral and pensionary benefits has been forwarded to the Respondent No.4, however, the Respondent No.4 has not processed the same, and has not taken any decision about the same.

Learned AGP submits that, in case, proposal is pending with the Respondent No.4, then Respondent No.4 would decide the same on its own merits.

In light of that, we pass following order.

O R D E R

The State Government and the Respondent No.4 shall take decision on the proposal received by it in respect of the retiral/pensionary benefits of the petitioner (Exh.'E' collectively), on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within six months, including the sanction of the pension.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
