We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned AGP has placed on record the communication received stating that the petitioner would be sent for training after considering the number of trainees and subject to the decision in Original Application.

In view of the fact that the respondent accepted to send the petitioner for training, the respondent shall consider sending the petitioner for training along with the other candidates, who shall be sent immediately hereinafter.
