1] The petitioner is praying for issuing directions to the respondent no.2 - committee to accept the proposal directly or on-line application, as is permissible, for verification of the caste certificate issued to him. 2] The writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the application of the petitioner shall not be turned down only for the reason that the same has not been forwarded through the institution where the petitioner is taking education or is desirous of securing

WP 7223/16 - 2 - admission, and shall be accepted. After receipt of the proposal, an acknowledgement shall be issued to the petitioner.

3] With the directions as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
