Learned AGP refers to that committee could function only after 3rd September 2020 and on that count proceedings could not be completed and vigilance cell report is awaited and in the circumstances, extension has been sought.

In view of the same, it would be expedient that the committee decides the application pursuant to earlier order, by 28th February 2021, and period accordingly stands extended. Civil application stands disposed of.
