This is yet another matter in which the Petitioner desires that the pending Change Report should be decided out of turn.

In umpteen matters, we have recorded that this Court cannot issue a Writ of Mandamus to a Judicial Officer. So also, just because a litigant can afford to come to the High Court, would not warrant indulgence by us in granting an out of turn hearing to the Petitioner, when there are several Trusts and

*2* 7wp6264o24 Petitions in queue awaiting adjudication. Each litigant finds that his case is urgent and important. We cannot expedite all matters or selectively.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Respondent No.2 would deal with the pending proceeding of the Petitioner as per the queue of all matters, depending upon the date of lodging of the proceeding.
