The Claimants as well as Insurance Company have filed cross appeals against judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. For condonation of delay, separate applications are filed. The contesting parties are before this Court.

Though the First Appeal filed by the Claimants, notices were not issued. In that appeal, Insurance Company is being represented by Mr. Abhijit Choudhari.
