This is an Application fled by the Appellant - Acquiring Body for stay. The Appeal is fled by the Acquiring Body in respect of lands acquired for Storage Tank Dhotri in File No.1999/LNQ/CR-36. 2.

This Court had passed conditional order on 30/07/2021 staying the effect and operation of the impugned Award on the condition of depositing the entire amount under the Award within twelve [12] weeks. There is no dispute that, the Acquiring Body has deposited the entire amount in this Court. Hence, the stay to the impugned Award is made absolute.
