Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 0090/2024 registered with Pimpalner Police Station, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 367, 342, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicant was granted interim protection by this Court by order dated 24th June, 2024.

Pursuant to the said order applicant has co-operated in the investigation. Admittedly, the investigation is now over with filing of the charge-sheet.

In view of this, application stands allowed in terms of interim order dated 24th June, 2024.
