The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal of the petitioner dated 26th March, 2012, is forwarded by the State Government on 23rd May, 2012, for `Promoting Culture and Value in Education', which was received by respondent no.4 on 15th October, 2012, however, said proposal is kept pending by respondent no.4 and no decision is yet being taken. 3.

Though respondents are served, none appears for respondent no.4. We direct respondent no.4 to take decision on the proposal of the petitioner in accordance with the policy of the Government as expeditiously as possible, preferably, on or before 30th June, 2015.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
