Heard Mr Jaiswal, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

Mr Jaiswal submitted before us that copy of petition was provided to the office of the Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor. Learned A.P.P. by drawing our attention to the communication issued from Under Secretary, Home Department to the Superintendent, Visapur Open District Prison, District Ahmednagar dated 1st June 2019 states about the order of pre-mature release of the petitioner. Copy of the said order dated 1st June 2019 is also annexed to the said communication, forwarded to the Superintendent, Open District Prison,

381.19cp Visapur, District Ahmednagar. The State authorities decided to grant benefits to the petitioner as per the Government Circulars and provisions of law.
