Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned AGP appearing for the respondent/State and its officials and learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.3. Learned AGP has tendered across the Bar a letter inter-se communication between the Director of Education (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Maharashtra State, Pune and the Dy. Secretary, Department of School Education and Sports, Mantralaya, Mumbai. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

In the light of contents of the said letter, learned AGP submits that already decision has been taken by the State Government, which has been reflected in the said communication. Therefore, the grievance raised in

( 2 ) wp6132.12 the petition and in particular prayer clause (A) thereof stands redressed.

Insofar as prayer clause (B) is concerned, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing of this petition, said grievance/claim as reflected in prayer clause (B) is addressed/redressed. 4.

In that view of the matter, nothing further survives for consideration in the present petition. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
