After hearing learned counsel for both sides for some time, learned AGP, on instructions, makes statement that the information sought by the petitioner shall be provided to him within a period of 4 weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner apprehends that concerned authority may not provide information and the petitioner may be required to visit the said office on numerous occasions. 3.

In order to avoid any such contingency, concerned authority is directed to provide the information within a period of 4 weeks. 3.
