PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal of the petitioner Sanstha dated 5th September, 2012 is forwarded by the State Government on 15th October, 2012 for consideration of financial assistance for "promoting culture and value in Education" programme, which was received by Respondent No.4 on 15th October, 2012, however the said proposal is kept pending by Respondent No.4 and no decision is yet taken.

2) Though respondents are served, none appear for Respondent No.4. We direct Respondent No.4 to take decision on the proposal of the petitioner in accordance with the policy of the Government, as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 30th June, 2015.

3) The petition stands disposed of in above terms. .
