It appears that the amount of Rs.2000 has been deposited by the respondent as per the order passed by this Court on 1.7.2008 and 15.1.2016.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw the entire amount, subject to furnishing an undertaking by the appellant that if at all at the end of the Second Appeal, the decision goes against the applicant, then he will make good the amount. 3.

Further, it can be seen from the endorsements on the Farad sheets that certain amounts have been deposited on 30.11.2016; 5.6.2018; 29.6.2019; 1.7.2020 and 29.6.2021. In order to avoid filing of one more application for withdrawal of the amounts, the amounts are also directed to be withdrawn by the applicant.
