IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO.6622 OF 2015 Asif Beg Miya Beg Mirza & another Petitioners

Versus

The State of Maharashtra & others Respondents Mr.Y.B.Bolkar, advocate for petitioners.

Mr.N.B.Patil, A.G.P. for Respondents No.1 & 3 to 5. Mr.S.T.Shelke, advocate for Respondent No.2.

CORAM : R.M.BORDE & P.R.BORA, JJ.

DATE : 09th July, 2015 PER COURT:

The petitioner is objecting to the voters list finalised by the Election authorities for conducting elections to Nizampur Village Panchayat.

We have perused the objections tendered by the petitioner on 05.05.2015 and 06.06.2015 as well as objection dated 15.06.2015. The objections are too vague and do not specify exact nature of the grievance of petitioner. Since the process of election is set in motion, the grievance raised in the petition, cannot be considered in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. Petition is devoid of substance.

Writ Petition stands dismissed.
