1] The learned counsel for the applicant seeks relaxation of condition no. b (ii) in the order dated 3rd April, 2024, granting bail to the applicant in Bail Application No.472 of 2024. The learned counsel further submits that the wife and daughter of the applicant reside at Ulhasnagar and the applicant is not able to go Ulhasnagar for 6 months. The applicant would not contact the informant or would not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the matter and the applicant would not involve in such similar cases. The applicant is arrested and released on bail.

2441.24APPLN 2] In view of the submissions and undertaking given by the applicant, the condition no. b (ii) in order dated 3rd April, 2024 stands deleted. The present Application is disposed of accordingly.
