Learned counsel for the applicant states that the acquiring body has deposited entire amount and therefore, continuation of stay will be without any justifcation. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent objects it. He states that he will fle affdavit-in-reply to the application for stay. He was asked whether according to his calculation the entire amount has been deposited or not. He fairly concedes that the entire amount has been deposited according to his own calculations also.
