Mr. Talekar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have given representations (Exh. J and K) for absorption, however, no decision has been taken upon the same by the Deputy Director of Education.

Learned A.G.P. submits that in case the said representations are pending, the respondent Deputy Director of Education would decide the same on its own merits.

In the light of that, we pass the following order.

O R D E R

I.

In case the representations given by the petitioners (Exh. J and K) are pending with the Deputy Director of Education, then the Deputy Director of Education shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

II.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
