It is an application for condonation of delay moved by the applicants.

Heard Mr R.C. Patil, learned counsel appearing for acquiring body/applicant No.1, Mr Wattamwar, learned A.G.P. for applicant Nos. 2 and 3/State and Mr S.B. Choudhari, learned counsel for respondent/original claimant.

Mr Choudhari, learned counsel for respondent/original claimant strongly opposed to condone delay on the ground that no sufficient reasons are assigned for condonation of delay.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay and for the ends of justice, I am convinced to allow this application. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application for condonation of delay moved by the applicants is hereby allowed.
