1] The present Civil Application is filed seeking permission to withdraw the amount with interest to pay the same to 7 employees as shown in Exh.A-3.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court, by orders dated 10.12.2007, 18.12.2008, 20.06.2014 and 25.03.2015 has already permitted withdrawal of the amount to the similarly placed employees.

7997.24CA 3] In view of the above, the present Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The withdrawal is granted subject to outcome of the Writ Petition. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 4] Appearance of Mr.R.N.Dhorde on account of his designation as Senior Advocate is discharged on behalf of respondent no.1.

5] List Civil Application No.992/2021 and 613/2018 on 13th November, 2024.
