We have heard Mr. Bachate, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel submits that, respondent no.2 heard the application filed by the petitioner, but the same is not decided as yet. 3.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.1 to 4. Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel appears for respondent no.5.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that hearing is now scheduled on 12.08.2021 before respondent no.2.

Considering the pendency of the application and that the matter is being heard by respondent no.2, the respondent no.2 shall take final decision on the application filed by the petitioner for appointment of Administrator on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, of course adhering to the principles of natural justice, preferably by the end of September-2021. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
