PER COURT :

The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses 'C' and 'D' as under :- C) To direct the respondents to complete the land acquisition proceedings of Gut No 4 to the extent of 64 R from village Mahalabda Tal Soygaon Dist Aurangabad within a period of three months and pay the amount of compensation to the petitioner and for that, purpose issue necessary writ, order or direction in the like nature.

D) To direct the respondents to deposit the amount of compensation of his 64 R. land along with interest in this Hon'ble Court within 15 days.

The petitioner rests his case on page no. 35, which indicates that the District Collector Aurangabad has identified the land admeasuring 0 H. 64 R. in Gat no. 4 at post Mahalabda, taluka Sillod, district Aurangabad for acquisition. Page 40 is the communication by the Sub Divisional Officer cum Land Acquisition

WP No. 7773/2022 Officer, Sillod addressed to the District Water Conservation Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, wherein it is stated that the measurement of the land, that is sought to be acquired, is also carried out and further steps have to be taken for acquisition of the land.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, by directing respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 to proceed in terms of the communication dated 11.2.2021 and in the light of the earlier communication dated 20.11.2019, both referred to hereinabove. 4.
