By the present petition, the petitioner has sought directions to respondent no.2 to decide his applications dated 16.7.2015, 12.4.2021 and 13.7.2021.

At the outset, we may note here that, as far as application dated 16.7.2015 is concerned, it is hit by delay and laches and need not be considered by respondent no.2.

As far as applications dated 12.4.2021 and 17.3.2021 are concerned, the learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.2 on instructions submitted that, the concerned Authority will decide the

wp7996.21 (2) said applications within a period of three months from the date of receipt of present order.

The said statement is accepted.

In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner as of today does not survive.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
