The learned Advocate for the petitioners places a copy of the communication dated 15/07/2022, received by the petitioners from Tahsil Office, Chalisgaon, Dist. Jalgaon, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. He submits that, as the Assistant Enrollment Officer-17-Chalisgaon Vidhansabha Matdar Sangh cum Tahsildar, has issued an order that the names of the petitioner and his family members should be recorded in the

7491.22wp (2) Assembly Constituency Voters list, the names of the petitioners should be recorded even for the purposes of the local elections. The petitioners, therefore, desire to approach respondent No.4 for seeking inclusion of their names in the voters list of the Ward with reference to the elections to the local bodies. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

Needless to state, if respondent No.4 or any such authority is duly empowered to consider the grievance of the petitioners, strictly within the framework of the law, the same shall be done as expeditiously as possible.
