Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance has been conducted in the year 2014. The petitioner has also filed say to the vigilance report. However, the validation proceedings are not yet decided and last date for submission of validity certificate for securing admission to MBA course is 8.8.2018.

Considering the exigency in the matter and also considering the fact that the vigilance has been conducted in the year 2014 and reply is also filed, the respondents shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner latest by 5.8.2018. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26.7.2018 and work out the matter. The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings on 5.8.2018.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
