By an order dated 27th September, 2002, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bhokardan, after examining the claim in the light of evidence and pleadings awarded maintenance of Rs.1000/- per month to applicant No. 2 Shaikh Rizwan, son of applicant No.1 Mumtajbee, in Misc. Application No. 17 of 1998.

After the matter was admitted, no interim relief was granted, as such, the order is governing the field from the date of filing of the application i.e. 21st February, 1998 i.e. for last 18 years.

Pursuant to the age as has been stated in the application and order of son Shaikh Rizwan, he has attained the majority.

In this back ground, in my opinion, no case for interference is made out, though the case is sought to be put forth by learned Counsel for the applicant. In my opinion, criminal revision application lacks merit, hence same stands dismissed.
