Present application has been filed for bringing the legal representatives of original appellant on record. It has been submitted that the said appeal has been disposed of in Lok Adalat on 08.07.2017. It is also stated that on that date the original appellant was alive, but thereafter he expired on 19.10.2017. Therefore, the situation is that on the day, when the award was passed in Lok Adalat, appellant was alive, therefore, there is no question of bringing his legal representatives on record. If there is any remedy available to his legal representatives, it is elsewhere.
